Quarantine and Testing Rules

  • It is recommended that passengers download the Aarogya Setu app before entering the state.
  • Ahmedabad: A curfew has been announced from 9pm on November 20 (Friday) till 6am on November 23 (Monday). Thereafter, a night curfew (9pm till 6am) will continue in the city. Please plan your travel accordingly. During curfew only milk and medicine shops are allowed to remain open.
  • All passengers will be thermally screened upon arrival.
  • If passengers wish to, they can opt for an Antigen test on arrival at a counter started by AMC on 12 October, 2020. This is an optional procedure and free of cost. Passengers showing no symptoms while entering Gujarat are not required to quarantine. However, they are advised to self-monitor their health for 14 days.
  • Passengers are expected to certify the status of their health through the Aarogya Setu mobile app.
  • International passengers arriving at Surat airport must fill in the online "Novel corona self-reporting form" and are required to register themselves on app or website prior to landing. All International passengers landing at airport must undergo a self-paid institutional quarantine.
  • Passengers travelling should also give an undertaking on the portal that they would undergo mandatory institutional quarantine with self-monitoring of health. Travelers may also seek exemption from institutional quarantine by submitting a negative RT-PCR test report. This test should have been conducted within 72 hrs prior to undertaking the journey. The test report should be uploaded on the portal for consideration. Each passenger shall also submit a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecution, if found otherwise. The test report could also be produced upon arrival at the point of entry airport in India.
  • Only for compelling reasons/ cases of human distress such as pregnancy, death in family, serious illness and parent(s) with children of the age of 10 years or below, home quarantine may be permitted for 14 days. Those who wish to seek such exemptions must apply to the online portal at least 72 hours before boarding. The decision taken by the government as communicated on the online portal will be final. Passengers who arrive without a negative RT-PCR certificate and still wish to seek exemption may also avail the facility upon arrival, wherever available, at their own cost.
  • Passengers arriving are also permitted to take onward flights, if necessary, only after undergoing mandatory quarantine at the first entry airport into India or if they are exempted from being quarantined. Passengers without an RT-PCR negative certificate need to get themselves tested at certain Indian airports upon arrival, at their own cost, before their onward flight. They are also free to commence on their onward journey if the RT-PCR report is negative.


Air Travel Guidelines

  • Passengers arriving at Surat airport are required to register themselves on app or website prior to landing.

  • Passengers will be thermally screened before entering the airport. A self-declaration form stating that the passenger is free of Covid-19 or an Aarogya Setu status update is required before boarding any flight. Those with 'Red' status on their Aarogya Setu App cannot fly. Downloading the Aarogya Setu app is mandatory for the passengers.
  • It is advisable that all passengers do a web check-in before arriving at the airport. Physical check-in has been temporarily suspended at most airports across the country.
  • Passengers arriving at the airport should be wearing a mask at all times.
  • Passengers are requested to check the travel advisories and guidelines issued by their respective airports (departure and arrival) before travel.

  • No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Gujarat.
  • All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
  • It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
  • People aged above 65 years or those with comorbidities, pregnant women and children less than 10 years have been advised to stay home.

→ Cancellation would be granted by the Project Manager or Higher Authorities on receiving cancellation request through registered mail ID only. The cancellation Amount will be counted on total fees only.

  • → The refund amount will be paid in 10 to 15 working days directly in your account.
  • → Before more than 40 days of expedition, 10%
  • → Before 21 to 40 days of expedition, 25%
  • → Before 11 to 20 days of expedition, 40%
  • → Before 1 to 10 days of expedition, 60%
  • → In the last 24 hours of Departure, 90%

Privacy & Policy

  • → This is an Adventure Camp and not a leisure tour, so we expect a high level of discipline.
  • → Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the volunteer/guide, Misbehave/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone found a suspect in such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further service/return traveling/refund will be offered then after Accommodation & Sanitary Facilities for Girls & Boys are separate.
