Jaisalmer is Known as the "Golden City", it is one of the most famous destinations in the state of Rajasthan. Situated in the westernmost region of Rajasthan, the town is known for its location right in the middle of Thar Desert. Winter is considered the best time to visit Jaisalmer; it is best to avoid the desert during the  summer months. Day 1

After a peaceful and smooth overnight journey, we will take a halt at an authentic Jaisalmer restaurant for refreshment and Lunch.

After having delightful lunch, the trip will proceed to Bada bagh, Kuldhara and Sam Sand Dunes. At Sam Sand Dunes, a beautiful sunset awaits the participants. After a cherishing evening moment, the group will be taken to the campsite. All will be allocated comfortable tents and the participants will have time to get introduced to each other while having dinner. And to add a cherry on top, there will be a memorable campfire before the day ends.



Day 2

Day for Adventure Activities & Visit Khabha Fort

A beautiful sunrise at the camp site will wake up the participants. After breakfast, participants will go for the most awaiting event of the Jaisalmer trip, Desert Trekking along with Camel Safari! Post lunch, participants will go for site-seeing (Khabha fort). Later in the early evening, they will be taken to Parasailing, Jeep Safari and other Adventure activities! Late in the evening, they will have Dinner and a Session to enjoy Rajasthani folk dance (Kalbeya Dance).



Day 3

Free Day at Jaisalmer for Sightseeing

Post breakfast, the group will have free time for sightseeing in Jaisalmer. Participants will get to see Well know oftentimes heard places like Jaisalmer Fort, Jaisalmer Market, Gadisar Lake, Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, etc. In the evening at around 5 PM, we will start our return journey to Ahmedabad.

Mandatory for Travellers
Travellers are required to install the Aarogya Setu App on their smartphones.
Travellers are required to submit a self-health declaration form upon arrival.
 
Quarantine and Testing Guidelines
Thermal screening shall be done for all domestic and international passengers.
Covid test shall be done for all symptomatic passengers (domestic or international).
Voluntary home quarantine for 14 days is suggested for all passengers.
Symptomatic passengers shall be isolated and taken to nearest health facility.
 
Air Travel Guidelines
Passengers will be thermally screened before entering the airport. A self-declaration form stating that the passenger is free of Covid-19 or an Aarogya Setu status update is required before boarding any flight. Those with 'Red' status on their Aarogya Setu App cannot fly. It is mandatory to have the Aarogya Setu app installed on personal devices.
It is advisable that all passengers do a web check-in before arriving at the airport.
Passengers arriving at the airport should be wearing a mask at all times.
Passengers are requested to check the travel advisories and guidelines issued by their respective airports (departure and arrival) before travel.

Road Travel Guidelines
No e-Pass is required to travel to and from Rajasthan.
All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
People aged above 65 years or those with comorbidities, pregnant women and children less than 10 years have been advised to stay home.

Cancellation Policy

→ Cancellation would be granted by the Project Manager or Higher Authorities on receiving cancellation request through registered mail ID only. The cancellation Amount will be counted on total fees only.

  • → The refund amount will be paid in 10 to 15 working days directly in your account.
  • → Before more than 40 days of expedition, 10%
  • → Before 21 to 40 days of expedition, 25%
  • → Before 11 to 20 days of expedition, 40%
  • → Before 1 to 10 days of expedition, 60%
  • → In the last 24 hours of Departure, 90%

Privacy & Policy

Discipline
  • → This is an Adventure Camp and not a leisure tour, so we expect a high level of discipline.
  • → Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the volunteer/guide, Misbehave/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues Smoking, Alcohol, Tobacco & Abusive Language are strictly prohibited and if anyone found a suspect in such cases, the participation will be terminated and no further service/return traveling/refund will be offered then after Accommodation & Sanitary Facilities for Girls & Boys are separate.

  • → Punctuality is taken as a serious matter

  • Change Of Schedule
    → In case of unforeseen conditions, the schedule/itinerary can be modified/canceled Justrips reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized with the trustee team
